The agreement, which has already been implemented, provides ERGO policyholders with a number of benefits. In addition to unhindered access and immediate service, ERGO policyholders can benefit from the most modern and high-quality services of Henry Dunant Hospital Center.
At the same time, patients are offered unlimited free outpatient and emergency department visits in 8 specialties, as well as a preferential-Government Gazette based-list of scheduled diagnostic examinations, where no EOPYY (National Organization for Health Care Services Provision) referral is used, packages of minor and very minor outpatient procedures free of charge for insured persons, free diagnostic examinations in the case of an emergency up to EUR 500 per case, preferential terms of hospitalization with an absorption of the policyholder’s contribution of up to EUR 1,000 (including the EOPYY contribution). In case of hospitalization, the agreement provides for free transportation by ambulance within Attica.
As part of the new partnership, an information meeting was held at the auditorium of Henry Dunant HC for the Partners of ERGO Insurance’ Corporate Network, where there was a detailed briefing and presentation of all the parameters and advantages of the partnership. The visit was completed with a tour of the hospital (outpatient clinics, diagnostic services, emergency rooms, hospital rooms).

For his part, Mr. Nikolaos Kollias, Director of Commercial Development Marketing & Communication Division at Henry Dunant said: “Our partnership with ERGO Insurance is a great honor for us. In fact, it is more than just a partnership, as it represents the connection between two organizations that share not only common business strategies, but also deeply rooted values and principles. ERGO Insurance’s approach, which puts people at the center of its activities, is in harmony with our commitment to high quality healthcare. Our choice of Henry Dunant Hospital was based on our ongoing commitment to investing in state-of-the-art medical equipment and innovative technologies and our commitment to provide the safest and most effective care to patients, as those are the criteria on which ERGO Insurance’s respective philosophy is founded on, strengthening our common goal of high-quality services and care for people.”
